address how the brain activity changes in response to environmental stimuli from different perspectives and paradigms. Neural entrainment refers to the synchronization of neural activity with external stimuli, and mind-body integration refers to the coordination of cognitive, emotional, and motor processes. <br>Four speakers will present their research using various methods such as electroencephalogram (EEG), multiscale entropy (MSE) analysis, pupillary measures, and fMRI images. The first speaker will show how the proximity of hands to a visual target changes EEG signals in the parietal scalp, as evidenced by EEG activity and entropy. The second speaker will demonstrate how perceptual experiences of baseball players influences their action anticipation ability, as revealed by behavioral and fMRI data. The third speaker will investigate how novelty modulates emotional processes in an emotional face-word Stroop task, as indicated by event-related potentials and pupil dilation. The fourth speaker will compare how native and nonnative speakers of English\u2019 EEG signals response to continuous speeches during a discourse comprehension task. The symposium will provide insights and challenges in studying the neural mechanisms of language, visual perception, emotion, and motor processes underlying neural entrainment and mind-body integration.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px;font-style:italic;font-weight:400\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#ab3452\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Prof. Philip Tseng &amp;
